Our Client, a Stellenbosch Boutique Winery, is known for generous modern Farm-Style Cuisine in a charming open-plan space that extends out onto a terrace with picturesque views of Stellenbosch and the Helderberg mountains.

We have opportunity for talented Demi-Chefs to join their dynamic culinary team.

As a Demi Chef de Partie, your primary responsibility is to assist the Chef de Partie in maintaining the highest standards of culinary excellence.

Experience, Qualification & Skills:

• Formal Culinary Qualification preferred

• Previous experience gained in a refined dining environment

• Strong culinary skill-set with experience gained in all kitchen sections

• Passionate about the culinary arts

• Stable track record

• Own transport beneficial

• Self-motivated

• High level of attention to detail

• Calm demeanour under pressure

Candidates already residing in the local vicinity of Stellenbosch region will receive preference.
