A well-established wine farm near Philadelphia is seeking a reliable and organized Administrative Officer & Logistics Coordinator to join their team. This is a flexi-time position offering a diverse and dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day office administration tasks
  • Coordinate logistics and manage stock levels
  • Act as receptionist and first point of contact for general inquiries
  • Serve as Personal Assistant to the Manager
  • Ensure smooth communication and support across departments

Minimum Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in administration and/or as a Personal Assistant
  • Matric certificate (Grade 12)
  • Fully bilingual in English and Afrikaans
  • Excellent computer proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Basic accounting knowledge and experience
  • Reside in close proximity to the Philadelphia area
  • Own reliable transport

Advantage will be given to:

  • Previous experience in the wine industry or working on a wine farm
  • Relevant qualification in administration, logistics, or a related fields.
