A well-established wine farm near Philadelphia is seeking a reliable and organized Administrative Officer & Logistics Coordinator to join their team. This is a flexi-time position offering a diverse and dynamic work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day office administration tasks
- Coordinate logistics and manage stock levels
- Act as receptionist and first point of contact for general inquiries
- Serve as Personal Assistant to the Manager
- Ensure smooth communication and support across departments
Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in administration and/or as a Personal Assistant
- Matric certificate (Grade 12)
- Fully bilingual in English and Afrikaans
- Excellent computer proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Basic accounting knowledge and experience
- Reside in close proximity to the Philadelphia area
- Own reliable transport
Advantage will be given to:
- Previous experience in the wine industry or working on a wine farm
- Relevant qualification in administration, logistics, or a related fields.
