Our client, a historic farm nestled in the heart of the Stellenbosch Winelands, is known for their unparalleled guest experiences, events venues, and charming accommodations which includes a luxurious self-catering Villa, a charming Guesthouse hosting up to 17 guests and two beautifully appointed cottages. Here, guests can enjoy their extensive Bistro-style food menu and artisanal platters, making it easy to indulge in delicious meals throughout their stay.
 
We have opportunity for talented chefs to join our client’s dedicated team.
 
Key Responsibilities include daily food preparation for breakfast, lunch and dinner, inventory management, and ensuring food quality and safety.
 
Requirements, Skill and Experience:
 
• Strong culinary skill set, with experience gained in all kitchen sections
• Passionate about cooking and committed to progress in your role
• Strong leadership abilities
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to multi-task in a busy kitchen environment
• Inventory and quality control
• ⁠Ability to work flexible hours (including weekends and holidays)
• Applicants need to reside in the local vicinity of Stellenbosch
