What You’ll Do:
- Assist senior chefs with daily prep and service in a kitchen that champions seasonal, locally sourced ingredients
- Learn and apply sustainable kitchen practices, including minimal waste and nose-to-tail usage
- Uphold the highest hygiene and food safety standards
- Contribute to a positive, respectful, and growth-oriented kitchen culture

We’re Looking For Someone Who:
- Has formal training or 2+ year in a professional kitchen (fine dining or farm-to-fork a plus)

- Maintains composure under pressure and takes pride in the details
