Im seeking partners, each with own area of expertise to build a wine brand, each partner will own 25% , including the land etc.
Best to have a winemaker, viticulturist and someone with sales experience or even someone in the liquor trade.
I will suggest that we will start buying some grapes or wine to start the label, plant vines , etc.
We will first have to get around a table, discuss a plan, legal contracts etc.
Each partner will need at least R1m for a start (500k for 25% share in property pty).
