Be a Vergelegen ambassador to visitors at the Estate, sharing and educating all visitors on our wines and attractions.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct wine tastings in a highly professional manner.
- Presenting cellar tours for visitors
- Ability to form positive relationships with guests
- Must be able to work on weekends and public holidays
- Basic understanding or interest of wine
- Extrovert personality
Skills and Qualifications
- Matric qualification or equivalent
- Excellent people and communications skills
- A strong sense and understanding of what constitutes world class service
- Strong teamwork
- Good understanding and passion for the hospitality & wine industry
- Valid driver’s licence and own transport
- Note: this position includes working on weekend’s and public holiday shifts.
