Tasting Room Supervisor - Constantia

The Tasting Room Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily cellar door operations, leading the tasting room team, and ensuring exceptional guest experiences aligned with Steenberg's premium hospitality standards.

The ideal candidate will have the following attributes:

* Matric; hospitality or wine-related qualification an advantage
* At least 1 year in a similar role (supervisory or tasting room experience preferred)
* Solid understanding of Steenberg Wines (or willingness to learn)
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Excellent organisational and admin abilities
* Ability to work weekends and public holidays as required
