We have a unique opportunity for a seasoned and dynamic Senior Restaurant Manager to spearhead the daily operations of a high-volume, luxury dining establishment situated on an iconic Wine Estate in Stellenbosch region.

The ideal individual brings a strong background and focused experience in Food & Beverage Operations within 5-star or luxury properties, with strong leadership capabilities, and operational excellence, a genuine passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences in a high-volume, premium dining environment. Must have the ability to lead and inspire a team while maintaining exceptional organizational skills in managing back-of-house responsibilities.
