We’re looking for an experienced and creative Marketing Manager to lead and execute the strategic marketing initiatives for La Motte Wine Estate and Leopard’s Leap Wines.
This is an exciting opportunity to drive the growth and visibility of two of South Africa’s iconic wine brands across local and international markets.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:
* develop and implement distinct marketing strategies for La Motte Wine Estate and Leopard’s Leap Wines * manage brand positioning, messaging and visual identity * manage brand presence across digital platforms, packaging, events, hospitality, and retail * oversee direct-to-customer strategies and loyalty programs * support domestic and international trade and export marketing campaigns * drive hospitality and tourism marketing for estate offerings and experiences * compile and manage marketing budget and ensure return on marketing investment * lead a high-performing marketing team
Applications are awaited from persons who comply with the following:
* a relevant tertiary qualification (Bcom Marketing Management or similar) * 5-8 years’ senior marketing experience * proven success in digital and traditional marketing campaigns * experience in multi-brand strategy and management * strategic thinker with strong leadership skills * creative, detail-oriented, and highly organised * strong communication and storytelling abilities * a passion for wine, food, art, and hospitality
