The Sales and Marketing Executive is the key strategic driver of Haute Cabriere’s local and international sales and marketing strategy. The role is central to building brand equity, increasing market share, and developing innovative, customer-focused campaigns that support both short-term sales targets and long-term brand growth. This individual is responsible for translating the brand strategy into actionable sales and marketing plans, leading teams across various markets, and serving as a vital connector between sales execution and marketing excellence. The composition of time will be primarily focused on international markets with international travel required. Locally the position will take on a strategic role and together with the CEO ensure all local stakeholder engagement.
Required qualifications and experience
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or related field. Wine industry certifications advantageous
- Proven success in sales and marketing leadership with the wine, FMCG or luxury goods sectors
- Strong knowledge of local and international wine markets and consumer trends
- Digital marketing and social media fluency
- The incumbent must be Western Cape based
