As the estate continues to grow and evolve its culinary offerings, they are seeking a creative and experienced Junior Head Chef to lead their kitchen team. This role is ideal for someone who is not only passionate about food but also about creating a refined and memorable guest experience through locally inspired, seasonal menus.

The successful Chef will take charge of the estate’s culinary direction—overseeing kitchen operations, developing innovative dishes, and maintaining high standards of presentation and service. The role also includes mentoring junior chefs, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring sustainability is woven into every aspect of food preparation and sourcing.
