Join the 2026 Harvest at Stellenbosch Reserve – Winemaking Internship Opportunity
Are you passionate about wine and eager to gain hands-on experience in one of South Africa’s premier wine regions? Stellenbosch Reserve is looking for enthusiastic, hardworking, and detail-oriented Harvest Interns to join our winemaking team for the 2026 vintage.
Location: Stellenbosch Reserve
Internship period: January – April 2026 (exact dates TBC based on the vintage)
What you will do:
- Assist with grape receiving, crushing, pressing, and fermentation monitoring
- Perform additions, pump-overs, punch-downs, racking, and barrel work
- Sanitize equipment and ensure cellar hygiene
- Work long hours during peak harvest (including weekends)
What we are looking for:
- Previous cellar experience preferred, but not essential
- Strong work ethic, team player attitude, and a passion for winemaking
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
