We are seeking a talented and experienced Sous Chef to join our culinary team. The Sous Chef will assist the Executive Chef in overseeing the daily kitchen operations, ensuring a high standard of food quality, presentation, hygiene, and staff performance. This is a leadership role requiring excellent cooking skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage a team in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements and skills:

  • Proven experience as a Sous Chef or similar role in a professional kitchen.
  • Culinary degree or diploma from an accredited institution (preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, kitchen equipment, and safety standards.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle high-volume service.
  • Familiarity with inventory and cost control principles.
  • Food handler certification or equivalent (required).
  • Flexible with schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Own reliable transport.
