? Chop, prep and assist like a kitchen ninja – keeping flavour at the forefront
? Help with deliveries and stock rotation to keep things fresh & flowing
? Keep mis-en-place checked and top-notch daily
? Know the menu inside out – daily specials, promotions and features
? Maintain squeaky clean workspaces, utensils and equipment
? Follow kitchen procedures and health & safety standards like a pro
? Keep it hygienic, keep it safe, and always keep it delicious!
?? What’s cooking in your CV:
Culinary diploma or certificate in hand
1–2 years’ experience in a 5-star restaurant environment (preferred)
A sharp eye for detail and a cool head under pressure
Stellar communication and teamwork vibes
Flexible with shifts and able to handle the heat in the kitchen
Self-disciplined, accountable and hungry to learn!
