? The nitty gritty – What you'll be doing:
? Capturing cash books and reconciling daily cash-ups
? Managing debtors and creditors – from invoices to payments
? Supporting stock control, monthly stock takes & petty cash
? Journal entries, ledger love and general financial finesse
? Ordering centralised goods & handling general admin tasks
? Supporting the finance team to keep things ticking smoothly
? Your financial toolkit should include:
Grade 12 + a qualification in Finance, Accounting or Bookkeeping
3+ years of experience in a similar role (hospitality = bonus points!)
Fluent in English & Afrikaans
Pro skills in Microsoft Office (especially Excel!)
Pastel Evolution (or similar accounting package) experience
Exposure to Easipos? Even better!
