? Your daily duties will include:
? Greeting guests with genuine warmth and charm
? Operating the switchboard and handling calls like a communications wizard
? Giving estate tours and directing guests to various luxury outlets
? Managing bookings and working closely with security and departments across the estate
? Keeping data updated and communicating key info across the property
? Handling guest enquiries and making sure every concern is followed up with care
? Assisting in lost property handovers and helping everything run like clockwork
? What we’re looking for:
Grade 12 (hospitality certification is a bonus!)
1–2 years of experience in reception/switchboard preferred
Top-tier telephone etiquette and sparkling customer service skills
Fluent in English, both written and spoken
Confident working with high-profile guests and a strong sense of discretion
Computer savvy (Word, Excel, Outlook) and detail-obsessed
Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as needed
Team player with an enthusiastic, polished, and professional presence
