We are seeking a dynamic and highly organised individual to oversee the operations of a unique hospitality establishment that combines a vibrant bar, a members’ club, and a boutique guesthouse. This is not a desk-bound position — it’s a hands-on role where you’ll be at the heart of the action, ensuring every guest, member, and visitor enjoys an exceptional experience.
From managing reservations and responding to emails, to placing and receiving stock orders, overseeing staff schedules, and maintaining high operational standards, you will be the driving force keeping all three arms of the business running smoothly. The role also involves assistance in planning and hosting events, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with all relevant licensing and hospitality regulations.
Key Responsibilities

Respond promptly to customer and member enquiries (email, phone, and in person)

Oversee day-to-day operations of the bar, members’ club, and guesthouse

Manage and schedule staff, including training and performance oversight

Place and track orders for stock, beverages, and supplies

Maintain quality control across food, drink, accommodation, and service

Implement and monitor operational systems and procedures

Uphold health, safety, and licensing standards
