Delaire Graff Estate is looking for an enthusiastic and hardworking Harvest Intern to join our cellar team for the 2026 vintage.
The role will involve hands-on work in all aspects of the winemaking process, from grape receival and crushing, to fermentation monitoring, cellar hygiene, and general harvest duties.
If you have a passion for wine, a strong work ethic, and are ready to embrace long hours and a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you. Previous cellar experience is beneficial but not essential, a willingness to learn is key.
Applicants should have reliable transport to and from the Estate and live within close proximity - preferrable.
