A renowned fine dining restaurant in Somerset West is seeking a talented and creative Head Chef to lead its kitchen. Serving a seasonal five-course menu, our philosophy is simple – let the ingredients lead the way.
We’re after a chef with fine dining experience, strong leadership skills, and a passion for seasonal, ingredient-led cooking. This is your chance to create menus that celebrate the very best of each season and deliver unforgettable dining experiences.
Requirements:
Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef experience in fine dining
Expertise in seasonal, locally sourced ingredients
Strong leadership and organisational skills
Commitment to food safety and quality
What’s on offer:
Up to ZAR 40,000 per month (DOE)
