Our client, is a Premium Wine Estate in the heart of the Cape Winelands and renowned for its exceptional guest experiences and dedication to quality.
 
We have an exciting opportunity for a seasoned Assistant Hospitality Manager to join our distinguished client’s team.
 
Position Overview:
 
The Assistant Hospitality Manager position is responsible for assisting the Hospitality Manager in overseeing and managing the daily Hospitality Portfolio which includes key divisions such as a sophisticated Restaurant, and Tasting room, offering premium wines.
 
Core Position Requirements and Experience:
 
• Bachelors degree in Hospitality / F&B Management
• Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in a sophisticated, 5* Hospitality environment
• Experience in leading multiple teams effectively
• Stable track record
• Experience in costing and budget control
• Excellent communication skills
• Customer service-driven individual
• Experience in upscale/fine dining hospitality service
• Attention to detail, problem-solving, creativity, and innovation
• Strong leadership skills
