We have exciting opportunities for talented chefs & cooks to join their team, specifically:
• Head Chefs
• Pizza, Pasta and Salad focused Chefs
**HEAD CHEF Profile**:
 
We seek a seasoned Head Chef with a passion for Italian-inspired cuisine, strong business acumen, experience in a start-up restaurant beneficial. The successful candidate will be guest-focused, a strong leader capable of effectively managing and developing a small team and possess a minimum of 3-5 years' experience in a Head Chef capacity within a high-volume upmarket restaurant environment.
 
**PIZZA / PASTA / SALAD FOCUSED CHEFS Profile**:
 
Formal Culinary qualification beneficial. Passionate about food and cooking. Previous experience and passion for Italian-inspired cuisine, essential. Previous experience in a busy upmarket high-volume restaurant environment essential.
 
Chef Skills and Experience Required:
• Previous experience in producing Italian-inspired cuisine essential
• Skills required: Pizza, Pasta, Grill and Salad section
• We are looking for individuals with a STABLE TRACK RECORD
• High focus on food quality and presentation
• Eager to learn and grow with the company
• Only candidates already residing in Paarl / Wellington / Franschhoek areas will be considered
