The ideal candidate exhibits exceptional culinary, organisational, and interpersonal abilities with strong leadership and management qualities.
 
Key Position Requirements:
 
Qualification in Professional Cookery • Minimum of 3 year’s Sous Chef experience in an upmarket restaurant environment • proficient in kitchen management and food production • strong ability to effectively manage the kitchen operations under pressure • Stable track record.
