Painter / General Maintenance

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform general repairs and maintenance tasks throughout the Estate, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting (mainly painting)
• Handle repairs and servicing of Estate
• Assist with preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and prevent breakdowns.
• Collaborate with the maintenance team to complete larger projects as required.
• Respond quickly to maintenance requests from guests and other departments to ensure prompt service.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe working environment.

Requirements:
• Proven experience as a handyman.
• Knowledge of basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and mechanical systems.
• Problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
