We’re looking for a friendly, organised, and professional individual to join our guest cottages team on a part-time basis.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcoming guests and ensuring a warm, memorable check-in/check-out experience
Handling reservations, enquiries, and emails
Managing admin tasks, including guest records and invoicing
Assisting with light concierge duties (recommendations, bookings)
Coordinating with housekeeping to ensure rooms are guest-ready
Requirements:
Bilingual – English and Afrikaans
Own reliable transport
Excellent communication and people skills
Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
Computer literacy (email, booking systems, basic spreadsheets)
Hospitality or reception experience an advantage
Able to work flexible hours, including some weekends/public holidays
