Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar Senior Sous Chef or Kitchen Manager role

  • Proven fine dining background

  • Strong leadership and kitchen management skills

  • Excellent understanding of food safety, hygiene, and best practices

  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
