About the Role:
As the Floor Manager, you will play a critical role in the daily operations of our front-of-house team. You’ll ensure service runs smoothly, staff are supported and motivated, and every guest receives the highest level of hospitality.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise the front-of-house team during service

Ensure all guests are welcomed warmly and their needs are met efficiently

Maintain a high standard of service aligned with the restaurant’s fine dining ethos

Train, motivate, and mentor FOH staff to meet performance and service standards

Work closely with the kitchen and management team to ensure seamless operations

Monitor dining room ambiance, table turnover, and guest satisfaction

Manage reservations, guest complaints, and special requests professionally
Requirements:

2–4 years of proven experience in a similar Floor Manager or supervisory role within a fine dining environment

Strong leadership and team management skills

Exceptional communication and customer service abilities
