We are looking for enthusiastic harvest interns to join our winery team for the upcoming vintage, from January – May 2026.
Key responsibilities:
- Assist with all aspects of cellar work during harvest, including grape processing, grape data collection, yeast preparation, pump-overs, racking, pressing, and barrel work.
- Maintain a clean and safe cellar environment.
- Communicate effectively with the cellar team to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist with administrative tasks related to harvest activities.
- Assist with grape sampling and lab analysis.
Requirements:
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Willingness to work long and flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Physical fitness and ability to lift 20kg.
- Previous harvest or cellar experience is advantageous.
- Candidates should have their own reliable transport and a valid driver’s license.
