Tasting Room & Wine Club Liaison Manager

Black Elephant Vintners is on the hunt for a dynamic, people-driven individual to lead our tasting room and nurture our growing Wine Club community.

This is not your average wine industry role — we’re looking for someone who can tell our story, create unforgettable experiences, and make every guest feel like part of the tribe.

What you’ll be doing:

• Running our tasting room with energy, warmth, and precision.
• Delivering memorable tastings that reflect our ethos of Live ~ Grow ~ Drink Different.
• Converting visitors into lifelong fans and Wine Club members.
• Acting as the main point of contact for Wine Club members — onboarding, communication, and keeping them engaged.
• Coordinating Wine Club shipments and supporting order fulfilment.
• Hosting private events, trade visits, and special tastings.

What we’re looking for:

• A natural communicator and storyteller with a passion for wine and people.
• Strong organisational skills — able to juggle systems, stock, and service.
• A hospitality-meets-sales mindset: you know that great experiences drive results.
• Someone proactive, reliable, and ready to grow with us.
