Purpose:
To provide world class consistent service to guests.
Overview of Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service through excellent guest relations by:
- Warmly welcoming and seating guests
- Informing and advising guest on menu / dish options.
- Providing quick and quality customer service, consistently.
- Accurately capture orders on related systems.
- Service tables fast and efficiently.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the restaurant.
- Act as a brand ambassador for the estate.
- Prevent customer complaints where possible and positively attend to all guest queries.
Experience:
- 2 - 3 years experience in like dining environment
- Matric / Gr 12
- English proficient
- Good communication skills
