We’re looking for a hands-on Assistant Manager with experience in upmarket hospitality to help us deliver world-class wine, food, and service experiences.
The role:
- Support daily operations across restaurant, wine tasting & events
- Lead, train & motivate a dynamic service team
- Manage staff rosters, stock & supplier relations
- Ensure an exceptional guest journey, every time
The ideal candidate:
- Hospitality management experience (fine dining/wine estate an advantage)
- Strong leadership & organisational skills
- Passion for wine, food & people
