We have an exciting opportunity for a talented Head Chef to join their team.
Position Profile:
We seek a talented Head Chef with a passion for Italian-inspired cuisine, strong business acumen, experience in a start-up restaurant beneficial. The successful candidate will be guest-focused, a strong leader capable of effectively managing and developing a small team and possess a minimum of 3-5 years' experience in a Head Chef capacity within a high-volume upmarket restaurant environment.
(Strategically located between Paarl and Franschhoek)
Skills and Experience Required:
- Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in a Head Chef capacity within a high-volume upmarket restaurant environment
- Previous experience in producing Italian-inspired cuisine preferred
- We are looking for individuals with a STABLE TRACK RECORD
- High focus on food quality and presentation
- Eager to learn and grow with the company
- Only candidates already residing in Paarl / Wellington / Franschhoek areas will be considered
Start Date: Priority Position
