Junior Restaurant Manager - Fine Dining

Our client, known for its exceptional service is looking for a Junior Restaurant Manager with fine dining experience and a passion for hospitality excellence.

As a Junior Restaurant Manager, you will support the leadership team in the daily FOH operations. You’ll help ensure seamless service and uphold the highest standards of quality and hospitality.

What We’re Looking For

• 1–3 years of experience in a fine dining or upscale restaurant setting
• Previous supervisory or team lead experience preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Detail-oriented with a passion for hospitality
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and solve problems proactively
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Relevant hospitality qualification. Wine qualification would be advantageous.
