Restaurant Mosaic, in partnership with the Legacy Cultural Foundation, is offering a one-year fully funded sommelier bursary at the prestigious Château des Tesnières in France.
This unique opportunity provides world-class training, international exposure, and the chance to build an exceptional career in wine and fine dining.
We are looking for someone with hands-on exposure to:

Stocking and managing a wine cellar

Purchasing, negotiations, and allocations with estates, domaines, and châteaux

Conducting wine and beverage tastings
-
Designing food and wine pairings
-
Advising guests and clients on wine selections

Understanding of the winemaking process of the different wine regions.
- The ability to determine wine faults and maintain proper temperatures in order to showcase products at their maximum potential
Candidate Requirements:

Fluent in English and basic French (DELF A1 from Alliance Française or willing to study further)

WSET Level 2 (preferred) and eager to pursue WSET Diploma or equivalent studies

Passionate about wine, service, and continuous learning

Emotionally mature, independent, inquisitive, reliable

A problem-solver with perseverance and determination
