Farm Manager - Stellenbosch

A renowned wine estate is looking for a Farm Manager to join their team on a full-time permanent basis in Stellenbosch. Very good compensation package on offer.

Position Overview:

The person will be responsible for vineyard and farm management, working closely with senior management to produce grapes of the highest quality.

Position Requirements:

• Relevant qualification in viticulture or related field.
• At least 5 years experience in vineyard and farm management.
• Computer literate.
• Good administrative abilities.
• Excellent communication skills.

Position Responsibilities:

• Daily management of vineyards and farm related tasks.
• Record keeping and monitoring of vineyards, irrigation and soil health.
• General maintenance of vineyards and equipment.
• Regular liaison with role players.
• Management of employees and contractors.
