Farmhouse Floor Supervisor – Blaauwklippen Farmhouse Deli & Bike Park

Blaauwklippen Wine Estate is looking for a hands-on Floor Supervisor to oversee the Farmhouse Deli, Bike Park, and Family Market Bar. This role is ideal for someone passionate about food, coffee, and excellent service, with strong leadership and operational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day operations of the Deli, Bike Park, and Market Bar
• Lead and train staff to deliver top quality service
• Manage scheduling, stock orders, and inventory control
• Ensure excellent guest experiences and handle customer feedback
• Maintain high standards of food, drink, and service in line with our brand
• Monitor costs, reduce waste, and support profitability
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Requirements:

• Experience in a supervisory or management role in a high-end restaurant, deli, tasting room or boutique F&B outlets.
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Knowledge of coffee, artisanal food, and wine culture
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Experience with stock and inventory control
• Understanding of food safety standards
