Hospitality Assistant - Blaauwklippen Farmhouse Deli & Bike Park

Blaauwklippen Farmhouse Deli seeking an energetic, reliable Hospitality Assistant to support the daily operations of our Farmhouse Deli, Bike Park, and Family Market. This is a guest-facing, hands-on role ideal for someone passionate about food, coffee, people, and the outdoors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with weekend and public holiday setup and operations across all areas.
• Support front-of-house tasks: guest service, clearing, restocking, and food handling.
• Help maintain clean, safe, and welcoming spaces.
• Conduct marshalling duties on the Pump Track and ensure trail safety.
• Provide support at the Bike Park: guest check-ins, rentals, and general queries.
• Assist with Family Market setup, breakdown, vendor support, and events.
• Uphold hygiene, cleanliness, and estate safety standards.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.

Requirements:

• 1 year of hospitality, food service, or guest-facing experience.
• Friendly, service-driven attitude with strong communication skills.
• Able to multitask and work in dynamic, outdoor environments.
• Weekend and public holiday availability is essential.
• Valid driver’s license is a plus.

Preferred:

• Level 1 First Aid
• Interest in food, coffee, wine, and outdoor activities.
• Own transport preferred.
