Are you passionate about wine and eager to gain hands-on experience in the cellar? Stellenbosch Vineyards is looking for an enthusiastic Harvest Intern to join our team for the upcoming Harvest 2026 season!
The perfect place if you want experience in a medium sized cellar!
What You’ll Do:
- Assist with all aspects of the harvest process, including grape intake, sorting, fermentation monitoring, pressing, and cellar operations.
- Work closely with our winemaking team to ensure quality and efficiency throughout the vintage.
- Learn practical skills and gain insight into the art and science of winemaking.
What We’re Looking For:
- A keen interest in wine production and willingness to learn.
- Physically fit, reliable, and able to work long hours, including weekends, during peak harvest.
- Own transport will be beneficial
