Stellenbosch Reserve is seeking professional and motivated Wine Ambassadors to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to represent our wines and brand while delivering an exceptional guest experience in our tasting room and at events.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Guest Experience: Welcome visitors, conduct guided wine tastings, and provide knowledgeable and attentive service.
  • Sales: Promote and sell Stellenbosch Reserve wines and related merchandise, with a focus on achieving sales targets and building customer loyalty.
  • Operations: Assist with daily tasting room operations, including cash handling, restocking, inventory control, and maintaining presentation standards.
  • Events: Support the planning, preparation, and hosting of events, private tastings, and promotional activities.
Requirements:
  • A passion for wine and the South African wine industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Previous customer service or sales experience (hospitality or wine industry experience advantageous).
  • Professional, well-presented, and reliable.
  • Availability to work weekends and public holidays as required.
