A renowned wine estate is looking for an Administrator to join their team on a full-time permanent basis in Stellenbosch. Good compensation package on offer. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Organising and maintaining digital and hard copy filing systems for IPW and WIETA
• Monthly water meter readings capture on excel sheet
• Monthly diesel records
• General waste and recycling weight capturing on excel sheet
• Drafting SOPs and updating manuals under my guidance
• Assisting with all staff admin (PPE records etc).
• Health and Safety record keeping (training, certificates, incident reports, etc)
• Office filing - suppliers & customers
• Invoicing of all local sales
• All IOD online submissions and forms
• Keeping annual leave and sick leave records
• Office stationery
• Cleaning supplies ordering & keeping track of what’s been used
• Casual wages
• Employment Equity once a year
• Licensing of all farm vehicles once a year
• Diesel records update (truck agreement)
• PPE sizing & ordering once a year
• Attendance books record keeping for end of year bonus structure
• Employee contracts and update once a year with new hourly wage
• General housing inspections and maintenance issues that needs attention

Position Requirements:
• Strong administrative skills
• Matic
• Relevant Tertiary qualification would be beneficial
• Experience in the wine industry would be beneficial, but not compulsory
• HR experience would be beneficial
• Able to work in a team
• Attention to detail
• Willing to learn
