The ideal candidate has experience in providing an elevated and elegant dining experience, must have solid leadership skills, a stable track record, with a passion for hospitality and cooking.

Position Requirements:

• Matric

• Diploma in Professional Cookery

• 5-star restaurant experience of at least 3 years in a similar position

• Able to demonstrate good written and verbal communication in English

• Proficiency in the use of MS Office
