Our client is seeking to appoint an exceptional Temporary Sous-Chef to join their culinary team on a picturesque wine farm in the Cape Winelands, Franschhoek. This is a unique opportunity to showcase your skills in a vibrant, upmarket dining environment.
What we’re looking for:
• Formal culinary training with excellent culinary skills
• Impeccable health & hygiene standards
• Sharp attention to detail and efficient execution
• A strong team player with a sense of responsibility
• Proven experience in a busy, upmarket establishment (±80 seats)
• Advantageous: previous exposure to open-kitchen service
