? Key Responsibilities:

? Assist the Pastry Chef with preparation & production of high-quality pastries & desserts

? Follow recipes & techniques to ensure consistency & presentation standards

?‍? Complete mise en place before service

? Maintain cleanliness & organisation in the pastry kitchen

? Assist with stock control, rotation & storage of ingredients

? Support the wider kitchen team when needed

Requirements:

?‍? Previous pastry experience OR relevant culinary training in a professional kitchen

? Passion for pastry & eagerness to grow in the field

? Creative flair with strong attention to detail in presentation

Ability to work under pressure & maintain consistency

? Team player with a positive & proactive attitude

Flexibility to work shifts, weekends & public holidays
