Nestled in the heart of the Durbanville Wine Valley, this distinguished winery presents exceptional guest experiences. Amidst the picturesque vineyards, our client’s esteemed restaurant showcases a daily blackboard menu featuring delicious farm-style cuisine.
 
We have an exciting opportunity for a seasoned SOUS CHEF to join their dynamic team.
 
Inherent experience and qualification:
 
• At least 10 years’ experience in Kitchen operations, with at least 5 years on Sous Chef Level
• Degree/Diploma in Culinary Arts/ Chef/ Hospitality Management preferred
• Positive proactive approach, with proven success at managing a team
 
Minimum Requirements:
 
• Qualification in Professional Cookery preferred
• Previous experience gained in a high-end restaurant environment
• Own Transport and valid driver’s license beneficial
• Stable track record
• Candidates already residing in the local vicinity of Durbanville, will receive preference
