Kendrick Recruitment is looking for a passionate Wine Lounge Tutor to join a prestigious luxury wine estate in Stellenbosch. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a love for wine and hospitality to deliver unforgettable guest experiences through tutored tastings and cellar tours.

? Responsibilities:
? Set up & prepare the wine tasting area
? Present guided wine tastings & conduct cellar tours
Ensure correct presentation, quality & temperature of drinks
? Process wine orders via Capreo, Cape Ardor & Aspiring Logistics
? Manage stock levels, collection & restocking
? Minimise losses through waste, breakage, theft or incorrect orders
? Perform daily stock-takes & complete movement sheets
? Promote & process sales
? Adhere to the Liquor Act (No. 59 of 2003) & relevant alcohol regulations
Requirements:
? Grade 12
? Own reliable transport
? 1–2 years’ wine tutoring experience (preferred)
? Strong knowledge of wines & ability to explain to guests
Passion for wine & the hospitality industry
? Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
Strong customer service orientation
? Professional, confident & well-presented
Flexible to work weekends & public holidays
? Ability to work under pressure with enthusiasm
