Kendrick Recruitment is on the lookout for a Wine Lounge Runner to join a prestigious luxury wine estate in Stellenbosch. This role is all about supporting the wine lounge team, keeping service smooth, and ensuring guests have an unforgettable experience.

? Responsibilities:
? Keep the kitchen & front of house spotless
?️ Clear tables of glasses, plates & cutlery
? Serve platters from the kitchen to guests
?? Assist the cook with plating, polishing glasses & washing dishes
? Collect & replenish water bottles for guests
?️ Ensure bins are emptied before & after service
? Keep fridges stocked & ready
? Set up outdoor tables each morning
Polish spittoons to standard
? Maintain a proactive, problem-solving approach
? Deliver outstanding service to ensure the best possible guest experience
?️ Keep displays fresh, clean & visually appealing
? Be knowledgeable about the estate’s wines & experiences
Requirements:
? Own reliable transport
? 1–2 years’ previous experience (preferred)
? Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
Strong customer service orientation
? Well-presented & professional
Flexible to work varying hours, including weekends & public holidays
? Enthusiastic, proactive & team-focused attitude
