? Requirements:
? Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role within a 5-star property
?? Strong culinary skills and knowledge of modern cooking techniques
? Ability to support Head Chef and Senior Sous Chef in daily operations
Exceptional attention to detail and passion for high-quality dishes
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
? Strong organisational skills and team-oriented mindset
? Key Responsibilities:
?? Assist in managing daily kitchen operations and ensure consistent quality
? Support menu planning, preparation, and execution of dishes
?? Supervise and train junior kitchen staff as required
? Uphold food safety and hygiene standards at all times
Contribute to maintaining the lodge’s reputation for excellence in dining
