? Key Responsibilities:

? Nurture garden beds, pathways, and productive areas with care and precision

? Support planting, weeding, harvesting, and composting under guidance from the regenerative farmer and grounds team

? Maintain guest-facing gardens to ensure they are vibrant, intentional, and beautifully kept

? Assist in harvesting and preparing fresh produce for the kitchen and hospitality team

? Work collaboratively while being open to learning and adapting to the rhythm of the landscape

✅ Requirements:

? Experience in gardening, horticulture, or land care, ideally within hospitality or estate environments

❤ Deep respect for nature and passion for working with plants and soil

? Physical stamina to work outdoors in all weather conditions

? Mindful, team-oriented approach with strong attention to detail
