? Salary: R40,000 – R50,000 per month, Negotiable DOE | ? Live-Out
? Key Responsibilities:
? Nurture the land using regenerative methods to restore soil health, encourage biodiversity, and build long-term resilience
? Grow and supply seasonal produce in alignment with the kitchen’s creative vision
?? Collaborate with chefs to plan crops, design rotations, and ensure the freshest produce reaches the plate
? Maintain gardens that are both productive and beautiful, creating immersive farm-to-table experiences for guests
? Lead with vision and practicality, caring for plants, systems, tools, and the team
Requirements:
? Significant experience in regenerative or sustainable farming, ideally within a hospitality or estate environment
? Deep understanding of soil health, crop planning, and seasonal cycles
? Ability to collaborate with creative teams while managing daily farm operations
Passion for creating abundance that nourishes both the body and the senses
