? Salary: R10,000 – R12,000 per month, Negotiable DOE

? Key Responsibilities:

? Collaborate with the Wine & Dining Lead and front-of-house team for seamless service

? Confidently present dishes and share the story behind each plate

Maintain calm, consistency, and energy across day and evening shifts

? Support colleagues across roles, fostering teamwork and collaboration

? Embrace learning opportunities within a seasonal and evolving hospitality setting

Requirements:

? Previous experience in luxury or fine-dining hospitality preferred

? Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with guests

? Professional, reliable, and attentive to detail

? Team-oriented, flexible, and positive attitude
