? Key Responsibilities:

? Prepare and present high-quality dishes within your section

?‍? Ensure all food preparation meets restaurant standards and presentation expectations

Assist with smooth running of the kitchen during service

? Maintain cleanliness and organisation of workstations at all times

? Monitor stock levels and report shortages to senior chefs

?‍? Assist in training and supervising junior kitchen staff

Follow all health, hygiene, and safety procedures diligently

? Contribute to menu development and suggest improvements

Key Requirements:

? Formal culinary training or relevant professional qualification

? 2–3 years’ experience in a similar role within fine dining or high-end kitchens

? Strong understanding of cooking techniques and kitchen operations

Ability to work under pressure while maintaining consistency and attention to detail

? Good communication skills and team player

Passionate about food, ingredients, and seasonal produce

? Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
